RENAE CAMPBELL

Hi there, my aim to not only address ‘conditions’ or specific health problems but also to provide you with knowledge that can be used to live a healthier, happier life. I concentrate on the totality of health, and therefore not only focus solely on acupuncture and Chinese medicine but also incorporate lifestyle, dietary and emotional changes that can improve your wellbeing.  My main goal is to help you feel better, eliminate your health problems, help you understand yourselves and your health to allow you to become healthier and stronger.

Having graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science (Acupuncture), I've been practising acupuncture now for over 20 years.  In that time my life experience has changed the focus of my practise.  I am fortunate enough to have two beautiful children of my own, which has shifted my energy to fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding and women's health.  Whilst I love this direction my business has taken, I still love treating the other stuff too.  Whether its years of headaches, a season of hay-fever, low energy levels, poor digestion or a niggling injury that just won't 'right' itself..... I would love to help you.

People often think that because I am a natural health practitioner, I eat wholesome organic food at every meal, never drink any alcohol, have time to exercise everyday, practise yoga five times a week and burn incense sticks all day....I'm not like that at all.  Life is a balancing act.  I absolutely love all things natural but I also like a bit of the 'normal', regular stuff - and I certainly enjoy a refreshing ice-cold beer.  Just like you, I have my imperfections! I do my best but life is here to be lived and enjoyed...

I hope you have enjoyed scrolling through my website, please sign up to my seasonal newsletter for some seasonal tips, a yummy recipe and some info on how what I do may be able to help you.

Best health and happiness,

Renae. Xx
